My Approach

As Head of Group Accounting, I led a team of up to 30 finance specialists internationally, steering organizations through transitions, system changes and growth phases. In an interim mandate, I take on this leadership role directly for you – operationally, not just in an advisory capacity. I ensure stability in day-to-day business while simultaneously driving the structural work a transition phase requires.
